Bob
obtained a B.S. in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting
from Michigan Technological University in 1968. He became licensed
as a Certified Public Accountant in Michigan in 1973 and has
specialized in all areas of taxation throughout his career.
He is active in professional, civic and charitable organizations
such as the Michigan Association of CPA's, American Institute
of CPA's, United Way of Marquette County and the Economic Club of Marquette County. Bob and his wife Barb live in Marquette
and have two daughters. In his
leisure time, he enjoys fishing, sailing, biking, traveling
and reading. |

Carol
obtained a B.S. in Business Administration from Northern Michigan
University in 1980 with a Major in Accounting. She became licensed
as a Certified Public Accountant in Michigan in 1983. With her
husband, Bert, and their children, Heidi, Marla and Nolan, she
makes her home in Ishpeming. Carol specializes in taxation
of banks, businesses and individuals as well as trusts and estates.
She has also presented numerous programs on behalf of our firm
and clients. She is active in many civic and professional organizations,
such as the Michigan Association of CPA's, American Institute
of CPA's and Zonta International. In her leisure time, she enjoys
attending sporting and theatrical events, traveling, crafts and spending time at their cabin on Lake Ruth. |

Paul
obtained a B.S. in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting
from Michigan Technological University in 1989 and became licensed
as a Certified Public Accountant in 1991. He has specialized
in audit and accounting services for clients in the private,
not-for-profit and financial institution sectors his entire career. He
is active in professional and civic organizations such as the
Michigan Association of
CPA's, American Institute of CPA's and the Marquette Rotary Club. He and his wife Kathy
live in Marquette and have a son, Austin. |

Paul
obtained a B.S. in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting
from Michigan Technological University in 1967 and in 1971 became
licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Michigan. He specialized in audit and accounting services for clients in
the private, not-for-profit and governmental sectors for his
entire career. He retired on December 31, 2005. Paul continues to consult with the firm on client and other matters.
He and his wife Pat live in Gwinn and have one daughter and
two grandchildren. |
