Paul
obtained a B.S. in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting
from Michigan Technological University in 1967 and in 1971 became
licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Michigan. He has
specialized in audit and accounting services for clients in
the private, not-for-profit and governmental sectors for his
entire career. He is active in professional and civic organizations
such as the Economic Club of Marquette County, NMU Development
Fund, Michigan Association of CPA's, American Institute of CPA's,
Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Vietnam Veterans of America.
He and his wife Pat live in Gwinn and have one daughter and
two grandchildren. In his leisure time, he enjoys fishing, hunting,
snowmobiling, bowling and reading. |

Bob
obtained a B.S. in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting
from Michigan Technological University in 1968. He became licensed
as a Certified Public Accountant in Michigan in 1973 and has
specialized in all areas of taxation throughout his career.
He is active in professional, civic and charitable organizations
such as the Michigan Association of CPA's, American Institute
of CPA's, United Way of Marquette County, U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary
and the Economic Club of Marquette County. Bob lives in Marquette
with his wife Barb and two daughters, Kristen and Kara. In his
leisure time, he enjoys fishing, boating, biking, traveling
and reading. |

A. Hill

Carol
obtained a B.S. in Business Administration from Northern Michigan
University in 1980 with a Major in Accounting. She became licensed
as a Certified Public Accountant in Michigan in 1983. With her
husband, Bert, and their children, Heidi, Marla and Nolan, she
makes her home in National Mine. Carol specializes in taxation
of banks, trusts and estates as well as businesses and individuals.
She has also presented numerous programs on behalf of our firm
and clients. She is active in many civic and professional organizations,
such as the Michigan Association of CPA's, American Institute
of CPA's and Zonta International. In her leisure time, she enjoys
gardening, crafts, traveling and reading. |

Marquette Area Chamber of Commerce, Michigan Association of
CPA's, and American Institute of CPA's. He and his wife Kathy
live in Marquette and have a son, Austin. In his leisure time,
Paul enjoys participating in and watching sporting events and
reading. |
